Three Headed. The blueflame has advantage on Wisdom saving throws and checks to escape being grappled. Furthermore, it can attack with it's other two as well.

Keen Smell. The blueflame cerberus has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) rolls relying on scent.

Flaming Core As the cerberus is mostly fire, it takes disadvantage on attack rolls if hit by water, in water, or fighting in the rain.

Rage If a Blueflame fails a Strength saving throw, it can choose to roll again. This can only be done on Strength saving throws. They can only do this twice before it starts to effect exhaustion.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The cerberus can make a bite attack with all three of its heads each turn.

Bite Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (3d6 + 0) piercing damage. This action can only be done towards a grappled target.

Ray of Flame or Ice Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 15 ft., any target within range. Hit: 11 (1d8 + 3) fire damage or 11 (1d8 + 3) cold damage.

Power Slam Melee Martial Attack: +3 to hit., one target. Hit: 18 (1d12 + 6) bludgeoning damage. This action can only be taken against grappled creatures.

A Blueflame Cerberus is very similar to a regular Cerberus, though, its skin and fur is almost entirely blue. It has grey, stone spikes on it's shoulders and knees. Throughout it's body, it is adorned in cracks, letting a blue plasma flow, like blood, through it. Each head has long pink tongues and the mouths light up blue before an attack. It is extremely muscular in it's paws, legs and chest. It's skin, on it's necks and underside is entirely a light purple.
