Barbed. Any creature which touches the blossom haltija or is hit by a melee attack it makes must makes a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 6 (1d10 + 1) piercing damage on a failed save and half as much on a successful one.

Charge. If the blossom haltija moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a ram attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 6 (2d4 + 1) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Innate Spellcasting. The blossom haltija's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 13). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: bane, entangle, speak with plants
1/Day: plant growth, tree stride

Relentless (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). If the blossom haltija takes 15 damage or less that would reduce it to 0 hit points, it is reduced to 1 hit point instead.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The blossom haltija makes one ram attack and one bite attack.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (4d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage plus 7 (1d10 + 2) piercing damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 15). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the blossom haltija can't bite another target.

Ram. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (3d4 + 2) bludgeoning damage.

A blossom haltija is a forest spirit born from the collective power of the ghosts of animals killed or driven from their homes by farmers, and is driven by their anger and fear. Most of its body is made up of its "mouth": jawbones, teeth, claws, and shards of jagged bone from countless animals arranged in a complex radial pattern, resembling a rose more than any piece of animal anatomy. Beyond this trails a spine, made of similarly mismatched bones, from which hangs a ribcage of antlers. Wrapped around every fragment of its body, the haltija has rusty barbed wire in vine-like patterns.
Although lacking a digestive system, these beings have a endless hunger which they attempt to stave off by tearing up vegetation and shredding it into a pulpy mush, which simply falls past their ribs and on to the ground. They especially enjoy feeding from crops, practically burrowing through fields and pastures as they ruin entire harvests. While feeding, they react violently to attempts to stop them, as well as practically any distraction; perhaps ironically, if they see wildlife feeding from farmed land, this drive causes them to chase down and kill the creatures.

gollark: Yes, AES and such are very well-tested and probably not likely to be breakable for years at least.
gollark: BRB, bruteforcing all likely passwords to [REDACTD] apionic hyperguessing.
gollark: > *** WARNING : deprecated key derivation used.> Using -iter or -pbkdf2 would be better.
gollark: What are the chances that someone somehow manages to muck up key management and their guesses can't be decrypted?
gollark: It *seems* okay, but I can't verify that it isn't doing something cryptographically awful.
