Keen Senses. The dog has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing and smell.

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (3d6 + 6) piercing damage.

Teleport (Recharge 4-6). The dog magically teleports, along with any equipment it is wearing or carrying, up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space it can see. Before or after teleporting, the dog can make one bite attack.

REACTIONS

Retreating Teleport. If the dog takes damage, it recharges and uses its Teleport action.

Bear blink dogs are big, goofy sweethearts who make excellent companions. They teleport like blink dogs but are big like bears and cute like dogs. They can be brown, white or black.
