Challenge 3 (700 XP)


Combat Superiority. When the battle master hits with a weapon attack, the battle master can choose one of the following effects to add to the attack:

  • Disarm. The target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or drop one object it is holding (the battle master's choice).
  • Push. The target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be pushed 15 feet away from the battle master.
  • Trip. The target must succeed on a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The battle master makes two weapon attacks. It can replace one of those attacks with a use of Commander's Strike.

Greatsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage.

Longbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d8 + 1) piercing damage.

Commander's Strike. The battle master targets one friendly creature it can see within 30 feet of it. If the target can see and hear the battle master, the target can make one weapon attack as a reaction.
