Armbands of Sao: These armbands are simple copper armbands that fit over the forearms. Each armband has the figure of the mantis etched on them, which symbolizes the insect's aggressiveness. This item grants the wearer a +6 Grapple, a +4 to Pick Pocket, Escape Artist, and Disable Device. Also the wearer adds +1d6 to all attacks.

The armbands are part of an artifact known as the Warrior Rainment of Tamo. This artifact was worn by the monk Tamo, who is believed to have taught the basic movements of kung fu.
