Amphibious. The dragon can breathe air and water.

Superior Invisibility. As a bonus action, the dragon can magically turn invisible until its concentration ends (as if concentrating on a spell). Any equipment the dragon wears or carries is invisible with it.

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage, plus 4 (1d8) fire damage.

Breath Weapon (Recharge 5-6) The dragon uses one of the following breath weapons.

Steam Breath. The dragon exhales a 30-foot cone of scalding steam. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 10 (3d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Being underwater doesn't grant resistance against this damage.
Recovery Breath. The dragon exhales a 15-foot cone of healing energy. Each creature of the dragon's choice in that area recovers 7 (1d8 + 3) hit points and is freed from any curse, disease, or poison.

Change Shape. The dragon magically polymorphs into a humanoid or beast that has a challenge rating no higher than its own, or back into its true form. It reverts to its true form if it dies. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying is absorbed or borne by the new form (the dragon's choice).
In a new form, the dragon retains its alignment, hit points, Hit Dice, ability to speak, proficiencies, and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores, as well as this action. Its statistics and capabilities are otherwise replaced by those of the new form, except any class features or legendary actions of that form.

Aqua dragons are small, curious dragons that live in caves that are close to large bodies of water, though they prefer to live close to the sea. They are able swimmers that can fire a scalding breath, but they can also emit healing energy that soothes and dispels curses, sickness, and poison.
Aqua dragons resemble fish, though they have four cat-like legs that they tuck close to their bodies when swimming or in flight, which they do not with wings, but by manipulating magical energy, the same that they use in their healing breath. Aqua dragons sometimes adopt new forms to explore and meet humanoids, which they see as deeply intriguing and somewhat odd, and they love making friends with them, though they always view humanoids that seek them out with an air of suspicion.

Tiny Hoarders. Like many other dragons, aqua dragons keep hoards, usually buried near bodies of water, sometimes underwater. An aqua dragon might keep a sack of coins buried by the banks of a mighty river, and travellers must be careful when they discover treasures near water, lest they unknowingly steal from one of these minute dragons, who, despite their usually kind natures, take thieves very seriously, hunting them until their treasures have been returned.
Some groups of aqua dragons form alliances with metallic dragons, with the aqua dragons giving their trinkets to the true dragons in exchange for protection, but they usually also exchange information, acting as invisible, shapeshifting spies for the metallic dragons. Aqua dragons never consort with chromatic dragons, and usually flee with their treasures, abandoning their lairs if they discover the lair of a chromatic dragon within their territory.

gollark: I had a Wileyfox Swift before, which was very niche but had a removable battery and ran LineageOS and whatnot.
gollark: It's very annoying that I have to put in so much effort with custom ROMs and whatnot to make Android non-spying and actually usable. I suppose I would *mostly* be okay with just root access if I could still have microG work somehow.
gollark: There are something like 60 listed with all that except good custom ROM support, which is annoying.
gollark: I can't really find any new enough to buy phones with removable batteries, >=2GB of RAM and good custom ROM support.
gollark: I don't have soldering equipment. Or know how to solder.
