Sea Breath (Recharge 4-6). The Devourer spews forth a 10 ft. by 50 ft. line of sea water. All creatures in the area must make a DC 22 dexterity saving throw. On a successful save, they take half damage. On a failed save you take 56 (6d20) Bludgeoning damage and 21 (4d12) acid damage, you are knocked prone and pushed 10 ft. away.

Ak'Vanezh the Devourer rests beneath the sea. A mass of writhing tentacles, and mouths that suck in water at ridiculous amounts. Once a pirate of human heritage known for his many magical objects, Ak'Vanezh was feared around the world. He was eventually taken down by a paladin he had tried to rob, and as he laid there, bleeding, he promised he would destroy all who crossed his sea. At this very moment the rending happened and he changed into the beast he is now.
