Ajul are blue- or red-skinned giantkin that tend to live in small groups in caves or underground. They rarely provoke others, and in turn rarely attack unless provoked, though true giants sometimes use them as guards or soldiers, for they slavishly follow any order from their superiors. They mine for ores and smelt them into weapons and armour that they use themselves or trade, though they typically trade with other giants before they trade with other races.

Hateful of Dark Giants. Legends state that the ajul share their ancestry with the dastardly jazul, but they banished their vile cousins to the Underdark long ago, and the two races of giantkin have a lasting enmity that usually means that they attack each other in a rage if one discovers the other, fighting until one retreats. Not even the leadership of a true giant can stop the two races from fighting, though ajul will gladly take missions that allow them to hinder or slay jazul or their allies.

gollark: Minoteaur v1 scripting is done in Rust.
gollark: Can't wait to reveal my entry implemented in Minoteaur (v1) scripting.
gollark: Great!
gollark: Oh, also, is it deliberate that you can submit stuff with *any* language even if the round doesn't allow for it?
