Eyes of Powerleech

These crystal lenses fit over the users eyes. The wearer is able to drain power points from psionic characters merely by meeting their gaze (at the rate of one target per round). The target must succeed at a Will save (DC 14) or lose 2d10 power points. The eyes of powerleech have no effect on nonpsionic targets or psionic beings who have exhausted their power points already (or manifest their powers freely). If the wearer has only one lens, the DC of the saving throw is reduced to 10. The wearer can attempt a powerleech attack up to three times per day.
