Weapon (any), very rare This is more accurately a weapon template as it can apply to any weapon, magically or not. For example, the Sunblade Of Lightning. A weapon Of Lightning is a weapon that adds thunder damage and lightning damage equal to the base weapon's maximum damage die. For example, a dragon slayer could be a longsword with a maximum damage die of 1d8 piercing damage. Even if you are attacking a dragon, you'd only get a bonus 1d8 lightning damage and 1d8 thunder damage along with the magical weapon's automatic extra 3d6 piercing damage.
