p58 pre-pulsar shuttle

p58 pre-pulsar shuttle is a period-58 shuttle oscillator discovered by Tanner Jacobi on April 25, 2015[1] and is the smallest known oscillator of that period. The previous record holder was the Snark-based period 58 glider loop.
