• Cut Song: In the Dreamcast port, the original song for the second stage, "Biological Weapon", was swapped out for "Z.Z.", a bonus track on the game's soundtrack album.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: The only home release was a rather solid port for the Sega Dreamcast.
• What Could Have Been: Was going to be ported to PlayStation 2 by Acclaim, but was ultimately cancelled.
• Working Title: The game was originally titled Blood Bullet: The House of the Dead Side Story, and later Zombies Nightmare before settling with Zombie Revenge.
