Yu-Gi-Oh!: Bonds Beyond Time/YMMV
- And the Fandom Rejoiced: The UK release of the movie under Manga Entertainment has a fully subtitled Japanese version of the film as a bonus feature. Aside from the subtitles using the English names for cards, it is a faithful translation of the original dialogue.
- It's even better when you realise that buying the Japanese version from Japan would set a UK resident back roughly £45[1]
- Villain Ball: Paradox in the duel against the protagonists. At one point, he attempts to destroy Judai's Neos Knight with Sin Paradox Dragon, only to run into the usual array of protagonist Traps. There are two mistakes here. The first is that he only activates Sin Claw Stream, a Trap which lets him destroy a monster if he controls a Sin monster, after Paradox Dragon's attack, whereas the smarter move would have been to activate it prior to the attack, which would let Paradox Dragon attack for game. Albeit the result would overall have been the same, Judai would have revived Neos Knight with Elemental Mirage and stopped Sin Paradox Dragon's attack with Hero Barrier. But the second mistake actually prevented Paradox from winning on his next turn. He could have attacked Judai's revived Neos Knight (which is at 0 attack due to Sin Paradox Dragon's effect) with Stardust Dragon, leaving the protagonists with 100 Life Points. If this had been the case, on Paradox's next turn, they would have lost due to the effect of Sin Truth Dragon.
