  • Also Dr. Nshombo from Busted Flush/Suicide Kings, who injects kidnapped children with the Wild Card Virus to create an army of child aces, killing the Jokers and burying them in mass graves.
• Dork Age: A series ripe for it since a lot of the jokes are meant for hardcore comics, history, and Pulps fans.
• Fetish: In-universe Jokers are either this or Squick or both. They have orgies.
• Jerkass Woobie: The Sleeper.
• Squick: Fortunato's method of raising the dead. He sodomizes their corpses.
• Took the Bad Film Seriously: Seems to be a problem of Golden Boy's films.
• The Woobie: Sometimes subverted, sometimes not.
  • Golden Boy wants to be the Woobie. However, the fact he's a supremely rich immortal Hollywood star with more girlfriends than God and SUPERPOWERS makes it difficult to sympathize with his 'woe is me' attitude.
  • The Sleeper has another case of these. His criminal activity makes it difficult to sympathize with his unique condition.
