Vitamin String Quartet

Vitamin String Quartet (also known simply as The String Quartet) are a collective of Los Angeles based string musicians and producers/strangers who record for Vitamin Records. Their albums typically focus on one band per album, and the covers are instrumental classical versions of that band's songs, note for note. VSQ has covered a diverse amount of artists. ^[1] If you like orchestral music, then you might want to check out their cover album(s) of your favorite bands & artists.

• Fan Nickname: Several different artists are on each album. They became collectively known as the Vitamin String Quartet, or VSQ, due to the name of the rcord label.
• Nightmare Fuel: When they cover dark songs, the result can be this.
• Narm Charm: Some of the songs covered by VSQ include Linkin Park's "Breaking the Habit", Three Days Grace's "Animal I've Become", and Slayer's "Dead Skin Mask". This should sound totally cheesy, and yet, it's not.
