This is a partial list of fictional characters with Twitter pages.

- You know how every Star Wars character with a second of screentime has a name and detailed backstory? They also have a Twitter account. General Veers, for example.
- Pokémon characters gets a lot of these. There are literally hundreds of twitter accounts from specific Pokemon to obscure characters that may have gotten one or more lines.

- Almost every Scott Pilgrim character has one. For starters, the League of Evil Exes: Matthew Patel, Lucas Lee, Todd Ingram, Roxy Richter, The Katayanagi Twins, and Gideon. Not to mention Scott himself.

- The important NPC characters (mostly the Masters) of Echo Bazaar have in-character Twitter accounts which occasionally interact.

- Pretty much the entire cast of Portal 2 have them: Chell, GLaDOS, Wheatley, Cave Johnson, Space Core, Adventure Core, Fact Core, the Announcer, Rattman, Caroline, the crap turrets (and Frankenturrets...)
- There's one for Harry Dresden and a few of the other Dresden Files cast.
- There's ones for Jim Hacker, Sir Humphrey Appleby and Bernard Wooley from Yes Minister.
- T. Rex from Dinosaur Comics has a robot that replies to tweets sent to it with quotes from the strip.

- The bespectacled, killer braces-wearing Alter Ego of Katy Perry used in her video for "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)", Kathy Beth Terry, appears to have one, too.
- The idols from The Idolmaster is a good example; the official accounts tweets in Japanese. There's a growing amount of the roleplayed English ones, however. For 765, we have Haruka, Chihaya, Miki, Yayoi, Yukiho, Makoto, Iori, Azusa, Takane, and Hibiki plus Kotori & The Producer. For Jupiter, we have Touma and Hokuto. There are even several for characters of the Cinderella Girls social-MMO game.

- Diablo, the Lord of Terror himself has quite recently discovered the existence of Twitter.
