• Sun Quan attempts a winning smile while trying to pacify his mother, Lady Wu, about scheming to marry his sister to Liu Bei; she wipes it off his face with a single glare.
• Zhang Fei, after unsuccessfully trying to persuade Zhuge Liang not to leave Jingzhou (after being disrespectful enough to drive him away in the first place), finally gives up on words, shares a knowing look with Guan Yu, and bodily picks up Zhuge Liang and carries him back to camp. (The soundtrack even changes!)
  • Earlier, when Zhang Fei suggested that Liu Bei send "the water" to drown Cao Cao's army, mocking Liu Bei's "close as fish and water" relationship with Zhuge Liang, Liu Bei literally yanks him up by the ear. Cue Zhang Fei screaming, "Ow ow ow! Big bro, big broooo...!"
• Cao Cao trollface toward Yuan Shao in Battle of Guandu, follow by running back to his army in a very childish way.
