• Anticlimax Boss: Antarctica's difficulty is supposedly "fiendish", but given the amount of money the player probably has when taking Antarctica on, they'll have the resources to easily start up a viable theme park there anyway.
• Seinfeld Is Unfunny: Fans of Rollercoaster Tycoon may find the series too lacking in variety and options, despite having began five years prior to Tycoon. Later ports suffer from this greatly, having been built on the same mechanics as the original, yet competing directly with the rival series.
