The Turner Diaries/Setting

  • Day of the Jackboot: What the protagonists are hoping to implement and ultimately succeed in doing so. Bizarrely, the world prior to this the author portrays as a bastardized parody of the same type of world, it's just bad in universe because of who is implementing it.
  • Divided States of America: By the end of the book, portions of the U.S. were seized by the white supremacists and seceded from the rest of the U.S. Presumably the U.S. was no longer this in the epilogue, but the U.S. as it would have been recognized as prior is no longer around as a political entity.
