Complete Monster: Griffin after he fully succumbs to the effects of monocaine.
Magnificent Bastard: Also Griffin, particularly when taking revenge on Kemp.
Narm: The entire sequence that follows Griffin first revealing he's invisible. From the police captain's underreaction, to Griffin chasing the cops around, to him stealing a bicycle and then throwing it back at the cops, it's all hysterically campy.
- Much of Griffin's "Reign of Terror" is just childish pranks, like stealing money and throwing it to random people in the street.
Signature Scene: Griffin revealing his invisibility for the first time.

Alas, Poor Villain: The Catevari
Ensemble Darkhorse: Eberts, who was promoted to regular cast in Season 2.
Nightmare Fuel: The care facility for insensates, people who lost most or all of their senses due to invisibility research. Particularly memorable is a man who keeps cutting himself with a shard of glass, implying that pain is the only thing he can feel anymore. When Darrien takes the glass away, the man desperately gropes around for it.
Special Effects Failure: The villain in "Ralph" fires a pistol. There is no muzzle flash, no recoil, and the action does not cycle.
