- Nightmare Fuel: Kind of - when everyone blinks their eyes, their eyelids don't bat at the same time, giving the impression of them being "a little" deranged. This can pass unnoticed (this troper in fact didn't notice it the first time), but when you focus on it, it becomes slightly unnerving.
- Non Sequitur Scene: A lot of the musical numbers.
- What Do You Mean It's Not for Kids?: Well, in its country of origin, Denmark, it apparently is for kids.
- Kinda. This troper (Danish) didn't like the film at all when I was younger, neither did a lot of my friends, but now, I find it hilarious, because of the dark humor most kids just don't get.
- The posters and covers also corrected "family friendly" to "(drunk) family friendly". But given that the Moral Guardians in Denmark aren't very fanatical (or even exist, perhaps - this Troper has never heard of any) it doesn't make much of a difference, really. Kids may find it boring though, as it's directed at teens who get the parody and satirical elements.
