- Big Boo's Haunt: The Ghost Houses in Giant Island and Yoshi's island.
- Bat Out of Hell: The Swoopers; there is a level in Bowser's Land dedicated to them called Swooper Cave.
- Battleship Raid: Wendy's Battleship, Roy's Ship, Bowser's Land 3, Bowser's Land 4 and Crappy Ship.
- Blackout Basement: Dark Cave.
- Bubbly Clouds: The Sky.
