Stardroids

Stardroids is a defunct Mega Man-themed web comic. It started in mainly Gag A Day format, then got hit with Cerebus Syndrome and developed some excellent storylines. While it has become somewhat Darker and Edgier over times, it still retains the humor and light-heartedness in the appropriate spots.

It can be found here on the Wayback Machine. Its original website now appears to go to a malware site and should be avoided.

Tropes used in Stardroids include:

Cerebus Syndrome: A little, but more Growing the Beard than Jumping the Shark.
Crowning Moment of Awesome: X, Alia, and Zero get about fifteen in Chapter Three of True Blue. Not to mention the other characters.
Darker and Edgier: But not without cause, and generally for the better.
Nightmare Face: Return X is really, REALLY good at these.
