Silicon Wolfpack
Silicon Wolfpack is an Urban Fantasy Web Serial Novel about the adventures of Blaze, and his relatively normal friends, Mark and Murgatroyd, who are not Those Two Guys. And Richard the wisecracking reaper.
It begins In Medias Res, with the three protagonists attempting to steal something from a hard-to-get-at server inside a large office building in London. They are conducting a security evaluation for the company - or so they think. Turns out that the signature they were given wasn't legitimate, and they were pawns of an unknown third party. And, strangely enough, the company they stole from hasn't called the police, but has decided to come after them with guns, probably because they want to keep the stolen information absolutely secret. And then they start running into the supernatural elements of the setting.

- Our Werewolves Are Different: and our kitsune are different.
- The Heist: Mark, Murgatroyd, and Blaze seem to be pulling one of these in the first chapter, but eventually we find that they were hired by the company to perform a security check. Or were they?
- Murgatroyd was beaten by Liska. And Mark thought it was hilarious.
- The Grim Reaper: Richard, the reaper Blaze meets up with after Waking Up At the Morgue, certainly fits visually, but has Bunny Ears Lawyer outlook on life. And death.
- Outside Ride: Richard. He gets thrown off.
- Good Thing You Can Heal: Blaze and Liska.
- Necktie Leash: Mark and Epsilon both try this as a combat move on each other during their fight. Both of them are wearing clip-ons.
- Smoky Gentlemen's Club: Murgatroyd and Reginald belong to the Drones club.
- Pants-Positive Safety: Murgatroyd carries his pistol (presumably shoved down his pants) with an empty chamber for safety reasons.
- Altum Videtur: The Latin invocation in the morgue.
- The Power of Blood: "Your blood is the only thing keeping her alive." Type A and type B. Possibly even Blood Magic.
- Conveniently-Timed Attack From Behind: Also a Combat Pragmatist moment for Murgatroyd.
