• Yoshishiro Shimazu. Badass Cool Old Guy......who happens to be such a Kindhearted Cat Lover as revealed in SW2 that even Tachibana Ginchiyo is flummoxed at how much of a softy he turns into. This is actually true to Real Life, which only makes it funnier when you really the game creators did make this up.
• Hisahide Matsunaga's entire route in SW4 is basically one long trolling session by Nobunaga at his expense, starting with his historical attempted treason of Nobunaga and subsequent forgiveness (to his fury), and the rest of the route has Hisahide channeling Wile E. Coyote in his attempts to kill off Nobunaga in increasingly desperate fashion. Cue it backfiring royally, Nobunaga noting it was another failed attempt at treason, and forgiving Hisahide again and again, just to piss Hisahide off.. Though Matsunaga does wind up getting the last laugh at the end.
