S Club 7/YMMV
- Funny Aneurysm Moment: The Miami 7 episode, Wind Resistance, the matter to handle an upcoming hurricane lost its comical value thanks to Hurricane Katrina.
- Tina is half-Guyanese and 43.5 percent of the population is Indian decent, according to a 2002 census. Seeing Tina getting her fair game of Jo's antics, which has gone sour when one thinks about Jo's disastrous appearance on Big Brother with Indian actress, Shilpa Shetty. Jo's criticism of Shetty's cooking skills got the controversy going.
- Hilarious in Hindsight: In an episode of “L.A. 7”, Tina explains about a serious situation when Jo admits to posting nude photos of Jon on the internet before Hannah tells her it was about Bradley. Jon goes after Jo for what she did despite the rest of the group was more worried about Bradley. Fast forward to 2010, where Jon does posed nude in a magazine.
- To make it more interesting, in “Seeing Double”, the real Jon Lee gets nervous about showering with Tina’s clone along with the real Hannah and Rachel along before admitting he’s gay.
- Tear Jerker: Paul leaving in Viva S Club. It was made all the more sad because they had done break up storylines before but of course it always ended with them making up, while this time you knew he wasn't going to come back.
- The episode of Miami 7 where the band have to work in another hotel and Hannah starts dating a lifeguard. At the end they go back to Howard's hotel and Hannah must break up with the guy. The end of the episode has Rachel singing "I Really Miss You" at the hotel. Hannah's expression is perfect in that scene.
- Technology Marches On: Rachel’s cell phone looks laughable if seen by a viewer born in the late-1990s and beyond; same goes to a pay phone they would find. At the time, it was common to use a pay phone though it was consider lucky to find someone with a cell phone. Today, good luck finding a pay phone if you don’t have a cell phone.
- Values Resonance: The group has encounter many issues
- In Back in the 50s, Bradley should’ve been an easy target since blacks had it bad in the 1950s same with Rachel, who’s Eurasian. When one really thinks about… any non-white people, even mixed race like Tina, would’ve been easy prey. However, not only the sheriff detains Bradley and Rachel, Paul and Jo are detained as well and THEY’RE WHITE, making them fair game. In fact, most of the villains are equal opportunity offenders and would mostly go after the group if anyone of them foils their malevolence scheme and nothing more.
- Paul does come close to revealing that Rachel is a Jew [1] when he catches her eating bacon. In Judaism, pigs are considered unclean and consumption of their flesh was forbidden. Despite her Jewish upbringing, Rachel does take part of the Christmas celebration.
- What Do You Mean It's for Kids?: The last album "Seeing Double" has a few questionable tracks, notably "Hey Kitty Kitty" and "Do It Till We Drop".
