Ryo Horikawa
Describe what the scouter says about Ryo Horikawa's Power Level here.
IT'S OVER NINE EIGHT THOUSAAAAAANDDDD!!!! *crack*[1]
A very well known seiyuu from the old age whose voice is rather soft and may be considered wimpy, but when dialled in Hot-Blooded-ness Up to Eleven, it's fabulous. Ryo Horikawa makes himself known as the voice of Vegeta, and has had some memorable roles here and there, marking him one of the best known veteran seiyuus... who's still sporadically active. He is also able to speak in English.
