• Complete Monster: Bodaway tortures Malcolm Ward by forcing him to take the drug that he used to be addicted to. Not a nice thing to do to an addict.
  • John, who attempts to extort money out of Siobhan and then Bridget, and then kills Gemma despite having being hired by Siobhan under the explicit condition not to.
• Fan-Preferred Couple: Bridget/Andrew is currently this for a lot of fans.
  • Well, they really are a couple. But fans are rooting for them to be a completely honest couple where Andrew knows that Bridget is Bridget.
• Holy Shit Quotient: The season finale.
• Germans Love David Hasselhoff: Ringer is struggling in America, but is the top-rated CW show in Canada.
• The Scrappy: Henry. Fans do not like him. Television Without Pity has christened him "Tool Belt", meaning that he's not just a tool, he's a whole belt of tools.
  • Rescued from the Scrappy Heap: Henry's display of Genre Savvy with the paternity test and leaving Siobhan completely broke as punishment for her constant lies seems to have raised his standing among some fans.
• Special Effects Failure /Narm: Behold!

  • It's very noticable how few times you can see Bridget and Siobhan's faces in the same shot, especially when compared to flashbacks to their childhood where they're played by real twins.
• What an Idiot!: Machado actually warns Bodaway that his bar is going to be raided in a few hours, giving him plenty of time to get rid of any evidence, for no apparent reason.
  • Machado drives up to Bodaway to go "ha, ha, we're going to put you behind bars" and tells him it's not because of Bridget. He might as well have painted a bullseye on Malcolm.
