What happened to Mr. Jelly's van in episode 5? Why were he and Mr. Jolly travelling together in the same car?
- It was probably out of gas.

In the season 2 finale in the scene where David whacks the policeman over the head, we see a car's lights come on. Who was driving the car? Kerry? Or were the lights coming on just a trick of the transition effect.
