For the possible sequel...

Not only will it be about the surviving Priests searching for the vampire queen, but also the Church (who refuses to believe the vampires are still around) will create a new band of priests to stop the "renegade" priests. Though these new priests will encounter vampires, they'll still go after the earlier priests in order to keep the knowledge of the vampires hidden.
