Pokémon Sword and Shield/Heartwarming

• In real life, the Pokemon Company/Game Freak decided to put mons that were never love the previous games and giving them a second chance, like some of the Gen 5 Mons.
• The whole #ThankYouGameFreak campaign.
• Job Options. Or more appropriately, the cutscenes that occur when you use them. After choosing the appropriate Pokemon, there's a brief scene where the trainer sends them off, with a fist pump and a wave for good luck. When they come back - hopefully with more XP and a gift from the employer - there's a scene where you greet them as they come back, the whole scene having a So Proud of You feeling.
