Only Yesterday/Headscratchers

Why doesn't Disney release this in America?
- It's not a rights issue. I'd have to guess that it hasn't held up well compared to other Ghibli properties (Umi Ga Kikoeru is in the same boat).
- Maybe they haven't found a way to deal with the menstrual period tale yet.
