- Gary: The male presenter. White male 20-something. 3/29/12 was his last show.
- Dark Gary: Gary's Evil Twin and resident Harmless Villain. His acts of infamy usually revolve around stealing Allison's lunch from the fridge.

Tropes used in Nintendo Week include:
- Catch Phrase: Whenever Dark Gary's around.

- Chair Reveal: in 1/12 2012 show, with Dark Gary
- Defictionalization: Gary and Dark Gary have posted their own Flipnotes, both of which have been seen on the show.
- Did I Just Say That Out Loud?: in 10/06 2011 episode, Dark Gary slipped and accidentally said "I love you, Alison".
- Evil Twin: Dark Gary and Dark Allison.
- Beard of Evil: It's a fake.
- Flat What: The 1/31 episode, about the (faulty) time machine the two bought which may or may not make the fabric of time fold onto itself if used, and...
Allison: I lost the receipt.
Gary: What.
- Good Angel, Bad Angel: in 2010 1/11 episode, Alison and Dark Alison make a pair of shoulder angels.
- How We Got Here: plot of May 3 2010 episode.
- Infomercial: Obviously.
- Old Shame: The possibly Crowning Moment of Funny episode (Although YMMV), 3/1 has since been taken down from the archives. [1]
- Shout-Out: In 4/12, their teacher has them get up on his desk and makes a speech, culminating in shouts of "carpe play 'em"! This calls back to The Dead Poets Society, in which Robin Williams did the same for his class (his phrase was "carpe diem", though).
- Spoof Aesop: "Hey, kids, what did we learn today?" "Video games are fun!" "And don't forget to eat food."
- Platonic Life Partners: Gary and Allison (in the show) go way, way back doing everything together.
- Wiki Rule: yep.
- ↑ This troper has e-mailed them a couple times requesting it back, heres hoping.
