Scotland Yard agent stationed in Drax's rocket base, posing as his secretary.
Willy Krebs, "The Persuader"
Drax's right-hand man, who served him during the World War II. He is described to look like a young Peter Lorre.

Sir Hugo Drax / Graf Hugo von der Drache
German ex-nazi, who worked on infiltration and sabotage unit Wervolves during WWII. One mission left him middle of an exploding allied base and he was taken England, as was mistook for an English soldier. After taking over a missing man's identity, he started making money to fund his plan: Revenge against England.
