• In the un-edited chapter, Rumisiel gets mistaken for an enemy aircraft while sightseeing over Britain (because he forgot to go invisible or even put up a Somebody Else's Problem field), and the fighter jets intercepting him get close enough to see his halo.

"Mick?"
"Yes, James?"
"So, who do we see first when we land? The psychiatrist, the chaplain, or the optician?"
Mick thought about it for a moment. "The bartender."
