Maggie Gyllenhaal

Born November 16, 1977, and best known for her performance in Secretary, as well as such movies as The Dark Knight, Stranger Than Fiction, Cecil B. Demented, and playing sister to her real life brother, Jake, in Donnie Darko.

Incidentally, she's technically a member of the Swedish nobility (the Gyllenhaals date back to 1652), but her looks come from her Jewish Mother's side. Make of it what you will.

And she was nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for the 2009 movie Crazy Heart.
