• Disappointing Last Level: Completing all the New York tiers gets extremely tedious toward the end due to the massive number of consumables that jobs in the later tiers require. Players can get hung up for months on the Boss tier alone.
• That One Boss: Red Jackson in Vegas's District 5 and Dr. Hank Williams in District 7 are both very tough for the exact same reason: you'll use up most of your stun guns getting through their goons and have nothing left to use on the bosses themselves.
