Kaijudo: Rise of the Duel Masters is the second Trading Card Game in the Duel Masters Franchise, and the first one based on the Continuity Reboot. It was released June 26, 2012, the same month as the animated series.
It's known that the game will be extremely similar to the first Duel Masters card game, but different enough that the two games can not be played together, according to the makers.
Many fans are waiting to see how much synergy there actually is between this game and the original one, and there is much fan speculation as to how they might be combined into one game.
