Jamie Lee Curtis (born 1958) is an American actress
Daughter of Janet Leigh and Tony Curtis, she rose prominence in 1978 as the Slasher Movie Final Girl in Halloween. She then appeared in a string of horror movies in the early 80's which cemented her the status as a Scream Queen.
Nowadays she is more known for her appearances in drama and comedy films.
She is married to actor Christopher Guest and through him she obtained the status of The Baroness Haden-Guest
She has also written various children's books.
