J. K. Rowling/Trivia
- J. K. Rowling was in a 2008 in a copyright lawsuit with the creators of the American-based website Harry Potter Lexicon, who attempted to publish their lexicon in book format. This has become a rather famous case in its own right, particularity since Rowling herself even admitted to using the website as a resource for her books, and has led to some Creator Backlash, despite that Vander Ark doesn't hold any ill will against her and will continue to be a Harry Potter fan.
- Executive Meddling: Actually, she was the executive, and prevented some more "questionable" decisions that Warner Bros. was looking to do with the stories.
- What Could Have Been: Turned down Michael Jackson's offer to write a HP musical.
- How might HP have turned out had her mother not died?
- Word of God: Lots of it, but most famously the Word of Gay on Dumbledore.
