- John Shepard shows far more distrust for Cerberus than the player is canonically allowed to, and this expands beyond Miranda and Jacob to the rest of the staff. Similarly, Joker explictedly states he's willing to Shoot the Dog if they've got a Cerberus collar.
- Miranda's loyalty to Cerberus and TIM are emphasized more, along with her Ice Queen status and arrogance. Her thawing is coming along much more slowly.
