• Captain America respect for the American legal system is shown in this story where despite being the defendant in a negligent manslaughter case (a frame-up by the villain Dr. Faustus), gives his own lawyer - She-Hulk - a very hard job. He insists on [[Daredevil|Matt Murdock representing the prosecution (if he has a lawyer learned in "superhero law", he feels the other side should), refusing to let Jenn use inadmissible or illegally-obtained evidence, and so on. Fortunately, the jury rules in Cap's favor anyway (because, let's face it, no jury is willing to take a dead criminal's word over Captain America's) and the She-Hulk, Cap, and Daredevil go to beat the snot out of Faustus.
