• Complete Monster: Reigner One, who among his many other crimes has been torturing, brainwashing, and murdering children for a thousand years. He breeds them for it, too, because if he just cloned them he'd miss the fun of getting to do that... and it's implied he may have contributed his own genes a time or two.
