- Awesome Music: Throughout, but especially the penultimate battle with the Commander and the final battle.
- Best Level Ever: Mission 13, infiltrating the park at nighttime.
- Non Sequitur Scene: After one boss fight, Kitty is scanned by an enemy spaceship. What this means is never explained.
- Demonic Spiders: The riot shield enemies and the cheerleaders can stun you out of your attacks.
- Also the ninjas.
- Nightmare Fuel: The invading Blocks threaten to turn everyone on Earth into a block. This can happen, both in a cutscene if you lose to the final boss and in gameplay—if Kitty is zapped by a laser, she'll become a block, unable to do anything but walk slowly and jump.
- The fact that the bad guys use lasers, bullets, and bombs on Kitty.
- The Jump Scare in Mission 5.
- That One Boss: The train, especially since it causes Collision Damage and is pretty fast.
- The baseball robot is pretty hard too.
