  • Yuka's route. Especially the final confrontation with Yoshiki, right up to the epilogue.
• Crowning Moment of Heartwarming:
  • Any of the initial three heroines' good end.
  • Yuka's face being uncovered in the photograph. Also Yuka, finally having been released from her bitterness and hatred, standing in a field of flowers waiting for Kyouji.
• Crowning Music of Awesome: The opening theme and the true end's theme.
• Foe Yay: Yuka and Yoshiki, to the point that Yuka rapes him just to humiliate him.
• Nightmare Fuel: The title alone should give you a clue.
• Nausea Fuel: Take your pick. You've got Kiika's bad end when she gets graphically split open from the inside out from having too much water forced into her organs, the gangrape scene with Yuka disemboweling the five boys while they're still inside her, Gore biting off Kiika's head, Aoi's bad end concert scene...the list goes on and on.

• Tear Jerker: The true end, and the scene where a young Yuka is looking up from the the bottom of a well and begging for help, while Momone gleefully looks down on her and closes up the well anyway.
  • The latter also doubles as Nightmare Fuel Unleaded, given this is all from Yuka's perspective. Imagine being trapped in a small, dark space by the people you trusted most.
