Godzilla vs. Megaguirus/Trivia

Hey, It's That Guy!: Yuriko Hoshi, who played photographer Junko in Mothra vs. Godzilla and reporter Naoko in Ghidorah the Three Headed Monster plays the Professor Yoshino Yoshizawa.
In the Americanized version of the film, some of the lighting is altered, making the wires suspending the Megaguirus prop suddenly visible. This Special Effects Failure is not present in the original version.
