To elaborate, there's that little detail about him being an implacable mook of sorts that takes his sweet time while reaching out for you, but he'll just keep walking and walking, stalking you because he knows everything you did since you started playing the game, until he gets to you, then he unsheathes his knife and stabs the hell out of your guts.
That One Attack: Molboro's bad breath attack.
That One Boss: Omega is a Bonus Boss. Comes with the territory.
