Fantasia Otome Game Series/YMMV

• Cliché Storm: Full to brimming with pretty much every fantasy, anime, and visual novel cliche... and yet it's pretty popular over at the Lemma Soft Forums. People either legitimately like it or they don't care because the freeware otome selection is pretty limited.
• Creator's Pet: Oswald in the first game. He has the longest path, the most choices, and on top of everything, he's the canon love interest. This also counts for Cain and Thanos; as noted on the character page, Cain is the only love interest Oswald approves of. The character type itself seems to be a thing for the writer.
• Evil Is Sexy: Let's see... Oswald Leingold and Thanos.
• Foe Yay Shipping: Shea x Seraphina. Their interactions scream Belligerent Sexual Tension. In the Ask-A-Character threads in the forum at least.
  • Not so much shipping, as it is canon.
• Narm: All the spelling errors and misused words.
  • Narm Charm: The first game features the majority of grammatical errors, which can make it dip into So Bad It's Good territory at times.
• Nightmare Fuel: Valen's "uncle", Thanos, eats her alive in one of Rot A's Bad Endings.
• Portmanteau Couple Name: Word of God has used the word "Lennos" for Lenarche/Thanos.
  • Sheaphina anyone?
  • Zephanos is used for Zephyr x Thanos, as a joke.
• Ron the Death Eater: Despite being a demure maid in canon, a certain fan who likes Leon portrayed Melodia as an Alpha Bitch in fanfiction.
• Ship-to-Ship Combat: Thanos x Len or Zephyr x Len? Choose wisely.
  • Alternatively, Zephyr x Thanos. Why not?
  • Shea x Len or Shea x Seraphina used to have a small war too, due to the fact that Seraphina was introduced much later since the game was announced, and yet still got to be the Canon Love Interest.
  • Leon x Cheryl and Oswald x Cheryl used to have this as well, but most people have decided that Oswald still wins.
• Woobie, Destroyer of Worlds: Thanos fits this trope to a T.
