• Colbert Bump: Sales of Roy Brown's music on iTunes quadrupled shortly after the release of the game, which features his songs "Butcher Pete" and "Mighty, Mighty Man".
• Development Gag: Assuming the "Wasteland Survival Guide" quest ends with the guide's publication, the Lone Wanderer can snidely ask Moira Brown if she wants him/her to print and distribute the book, too. She replies it's not necessary. A cut quest actually did require you to get it printed.
• Fake Brit: American Charlie Warren as Allistair Tenpenny.
• Fake Irish: American Mike Rosson as Colin Moriarty.
• Hey, It's That Voice!:
  • Thief fans may recognize Harold as Garrett and Benny.
  • By the Overseer! By the Overseer! It is the Adoring Fan!
  • Your father was Qui-Gon Jinn.
    • And Oskar Schindler.
  • A double dose of this: you might realize his voice actor has done other characters, but with Desmond, he does a near-identical Dunmer voice.
  • Desmond, a character in the Point Lookout DLC, has an extremely gruff, gravelly voice. You almost expect for him to constantly mutter under his breath that he's watching me, calling me scum, or talk about things called Daedra.
  • Braun is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.
  • The mysterious Mr. Burke sounds exactly like a certain Speaker of the Dark Brotherhood.
  • President John Henry Eden is voiced by Malcolm McDowell.
    • In Japan, Master Asia has uploaded his brain into a super computer and instead of using Devil Gundam cells, he is using the FEV to wipe out humanity.
• You Sound Familiar: A lot of voice actors play multiple roles.
