This is a list of characters in the Sonic the Hedgehog Fanfic, Entropy

Sonic the Hedgehog

Captain Agent Sonic the Hedgehog/Mr. Thorn

The Hero of the story. Begins with a dream that sends him on adventure to collect Artifacts. Has Unresolved Sexual Tension with Amy and seems to hallucinate a lot. Receives a bionic eye after his right eye is infected after a battle with Tails. He's forced to join GUN, courtesy of Shadow and is the leader of the Burning Miles.

Implied to have done a Face Heel Turn sometime during Chapter 16, with a combination of events inflicted on him. thanks to the machinations of Morpheus and Mephiles.

Amy Rose

Amy Rose

An important character to the story, who it mainly centers around. Amy has considerably calmed down and has started dating Shadow the Hedgehog, is nicknamed Commanders Girlfriend by GUN Personnel and Pink by Milo. Has Unresolved Sexual Tension with Sonic, despite now in love with Shadow. She has an important connection as a Rosoideae. Was recently Maiden of Honor at Vector and Vanillas wedding.

Major Spoiler: Chapter 23 reveals she's been under the guise of Captain Agent 'Olly' Mjöllnir.

Milo Prower

Intel Officer Milo Prower

Supporting Protagonist of the story. Comes in rather late in Chapter 13 but appears to be staying. An Intel Officer and merc for GUN. Becomes the second member for the Burning Miles with Sonic and Neptune.

He was forced into working for Morpheus due to the fact he could murder his girlfriend.
  • Cool Big Bro for Sonic. Not so much for Tails apparently.
  • Pretty Cool Guy
  • Shipper on Deck: All for Sonic and Amy. As well as Knuckles and Rouge.
  • What the Hell, Hero?: Shoots at Neptune who goes rampant after finding the Yellow Chaos Emerald and is called out by Sonic. Milo's excuse is that Neptune was likely to become aggressive.

Neptune

Probationary Agent Neptune

A...something of a strange nature. Curious and playful, he uses expression instead of words to communicate with others. No one is entirely sure what lurks within that strange suit of his...

Femme Fatalex

A group of female fighters sent in to collect the artifacts as well as performing different missions for GUN. Tropes related to the whole group.

As of Chapter 24, it's been disbanded.

Captain Agent Mjöllnir

Real Name: Amy Rose

Nicknamed Olly by Sonic, she's a headstrong, easy to anger but a mannered young Agent in charge of the Femme Fatalex. She's nicknamed "Pet of Big Mama" by many people. MAJOR SPOILER: Revealed in Chapter 23 as Amy Rose. Another spoiler: Becomes leader of the new group, Ghosts of Reach

  • The Ace: As described by Agent Drainer.

Drainer: "She's...a competent leader. Done a lot of S-Rank simulations and has a 95 percent success rate."


Agent Bazooka

Real Name: Vanilla the Rabbit

Nicknamed Bazza by Sonic, she's a Bazooka wielding proud and normally cheering and always hungry for adventure. Oh yeah, she can fly.

Agent Drainer

No nickname by Sonic. Drainer is the calm and quiet one of the team. Through the use of her blades, she can absorb anything from energy to impurities in the blood.

  • Attack Reflector: Interestingly enough has a variation. With her ability to absorb energy, she can actually take part of an attack thrown at her and form it into a ball and temporarily hold it, invoking this trope with she releases it.

  • Meaningful Name: At least it doesn't suck.

  • Took a Level in Badass: Drainer attempts...to well, drain the ever increasing force of the falling Space Greens Zone as it descends through Earths atmosphere due to the gravitational pull. With the help of the Spirit Orbs commanded by Big White, somehow she manages to slow it down slightly, before leaving the rest to Big White]]

GUN

Commander Shadow the Hedgehog

Agent turned Commander after the previous one resigns. Resilient, quiet, he's also the boyfriend of Amy Rose who he loves on a rather gentle and reclusive manner.

  • Anti-Hero: A lot less after he starts dating Amy. However...he still does things that are morally questionable. (See Blackmail)
  • Big Brother Instinct: He really does care for his adoptive sister Rouge
  • Blackmail: Black mails Sonic into working for GUN, knowing the Blue Blur would refuse to join. So what does he do? Replace Sonic's right eye which had been infected from the battle with Kitsune Tails with a bionic one which he has installed with a shocking device, in case Sonic makes snappy remarks, he receieves a jolt of electricity.
  • The Confidant: He holds the cards for something about OPERATION: LUCID that not even his ally Rouge can properly divulge into.
  • Cop Boyfriend: To Amy.
  • Pet the Dog: Had enough with Rouge's bitchier than normal demeanor and took her to the doctors, knowing she probably wasn't well.
    • And he seems to enjoy his relationship with Amy.
  • The Stoic

Artillery Agent E-123 Omega

Omega hasn't changed much from general canon.

Captain Agent Hyperia/Princess Elise

Very different personality from the one in Sonic The Hedgehog 06. In charge of the Sons of Solaris, a trio of pilots from GUNS Soleanna Branch along side Agent Flare and Agent Riser.

Intel Officer's O'Brien and Smith

Two Human GUN Officers who directly with Shadow.

Supreme Commander "Big Mama"

Real Name: Asmos Rose.

In charge of the entire GUN Network and stays at Metropolis' Branch. Is also the mother of Amy Rose. She's described as voluptuous, and to get what she wants she makes deals. One can usually tell when she makes these 'deals' when she smokes cherry flavoured cigarettes.

The Chaotix

The Chaotix, consisting of Vector, Espio and Charmy have been around for a long time. Vector is engaged latter married to Vanilla the Rabbit, therefore is Cream's Step father. Espio is Espio and Charmy has a crush on Cream.

Vector the Crocodile

Leader of the Chaotix, Vector is not much different from his canon counterpart.

Espio the Chameleon

Highly disciplined Ninja from the Ninja Village in the Garden of Sakura.

Charmy Bee

Tails

Sonic's best friend who helps discover some adventure after he finds Muriels Book and the location of Muriels Garden, which later becomes the Garden of Rosales. He takes Sonic and Knuckles there as they investigate the ruins and find the Portal Hub which takes them to several places.

Knuckles the Echidna

Guardian of Master Emerald, Knuckles originally joins Sonic and Tails in their adventure into the Garden of Rosales.

Cream the Rabbit Chaotix

Cute Rabbit who's birthday invite to Sonic sparks the beginning of the story. Normally happy girl who has the uncanny gift to make friends with anyone. Usually with her friend Cheese the Chao.

Vanilla the Rabbit Chaotix

Mother to Cream, fiance then Wife to Vector to Crocodile.

Other Characters

Muriel Rose

Amy Rose's grandmother. Said to taught her how to use tarot cards.

Prince Hayden

Last royal descendant of the House of Rosoideae who lives up on the space continent of the Space Greens Zone/Garden of Voi.

Lily the Maid

Real Name: General Lilith

A sweet human NOT who serves Prince Hayden.


Moore Prower

Tails and Milo's grandfather, Clockmaker and married to Corrine Prower. He also maintains and looks after the Fox God Shrine and lives in Steampunk City/Garden of Inari.

Corrine Prower


Lag Seeing and Niche.

They make an appearance in Chapter 13, arriving at Sonic's house to give him a letter. They reappear in Chapter 15 To save Sonic from Metal Sonic.

Maria Robotnik

An artificial intelligence, Maria's original self developed the AI during her time on the ARK to help her grandfather out. Unfortunately she was killed before she could properly finish it. But lucky for her it had a self-awareness stage and began building itself. The process was extremely slow, taking her over 50 years to be near completion. The only thing she needed was someone to activate the Pyres in order for her to function.

The Boy/Probationary Agent Anchor

Called The Boy until the end of Chapter 24, he seems to be a regular human boy with odd origins. All that's known is that he's brown haired. One of the members of the Ghosts of Reach. He's also the owner of Echo Uniform One

  • Humongous Mecha: Echo Uniform One. Claimed to be Space Debris and only Anchor can pilot it.

Glitch the Hacker

Cyber-Wolf from the Cyber Ruins Zone and the Guardian of the Cyber Emeralds and the Giga Emeralds.

Amy's Siblings

Asher Rose, Andrew Rose and Aceste Rose, making Amy the youngest of four children. Asher is a obstetrician, divorced from her pyromaniac husband and is working for GUN due to their mother. Andrew Rose is married with a son, and his wife Anise is expecting another. Aceste is a media student, and is currently with one time character Agent Strider AKA Kratos Aurion

  • Alphabetical Theme Naming: Their mother does not escape this. Neither does Andrew's wife!
  • Happily Married: Andrew and his wife Anise.
  • Hospital Hottie: Asher
  • The Klutz: Asher
  • Shout-Out: The siblings are named after certain individuals and are themed as such:
    • Asher Rose is named after the actress who plays Nina Proudman, Asher Keddie. Right down to the qualifications, dressing and pyromaniac Ex-husband.
    • Andrew Rose. Named after the authors older brother.
    • Aceste Rose. Named after the authors Gardevoir Gijinka

Spirits

These seem to hang around a lot, popping out of nowhere. They are ghosts of the past who try to help Sonic and Amy by giving cryptic messages. Tropes that surround Spirits:

The Purple Wisp/Butterfly/Light Ni GHTS

I can show you the door, but you are the one who must go through it.

Mysterious guide within Sonic's dreams and helps him out when ever his dreams turn into total nightmares.

Shizaru

A Prophet from 4000 years ago that helps Sonic out.

Bloody Amy and Bloody Sonic

Hallucinations of ambiguous intention.

High Honor Guard Gabriel

A Stupilite Spirit who doesn't look too different from Sonic.

The Wisers

Mysterious spirits, by the names of Kikazaru, Mizaru and Iwazaru

"Big White"

Gigantic Colossal God thing nicknamed by Gabriel, said to have knocked off the previous Fox God, Raphael, after the latter had been corrupted by another fallen God.

  • Big Damn Gods: Saves Steampunk City from destruction when Garden of Voi falls from space.
  • Big Good
  • Bring My Brown Pants: Looking at him for too long causings seizures and froth of the mouth. However, if you have enough Heroic Willpower, or if he likes you, you won't have to worry about it.
  • Early-Bird Cameo: The ghostly figure that Neptune waves to while at the Fox God Shrine? Oh yeah, it's this thing
  • Sizeshifter: Mentioned in the above spoiler, he seemed awfully smaller when standing on the shrine.

Main Antagonist of the story. Searching for the Artifacts with the help of Dr. Eggman. Head made of fire and body like a succubus.
